Zabelia.eu offers worldwide shipping. The courier company used for shipping is DHL.

The products can only start shipping during weekdays.

The product(s) take(s) 7-15 business days to arrive at the customer’s delivery address (not including your customs process that might take additional time).

The express posts typically estimate a delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will likely arrive earlier and that the customer shouldn’t be alarmed.

The customer can choose between giving Zabelia.eu agents a delivery address or picking up the product at their local office.

Once the product is delivered, the customer is required to sign for the package. If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will attempt to deliver the package a few more times and get in contact with the customer.
